Ordering information
Cash App does not require a website checkout or customer account. On Cash App instruction panels, the optional TDCJ field only helps prepare a payment note in the current page. It is not submitted to us or saved in browser storage by the website. Browser autofill and page restoration are controlled by your browser. Close the page when finished on a shared device.
Square checkout and order tracking
When you click Continue to Square, we save your name, contact email, book and quantity, recipient’s name and TDCJ number, facility mailing address, confirmations, charges, and order reference in private hosted storage. These details support fulfillment and order assistance. We send Square the book and shipping charge, tax, buyer email and order reference to create hosted checkout. Square processes card information under its own terms; we do not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. We retain Square order/payment references, payment status and fulfillment records. Returning from checkout is not payment confirmation; the site verifies payment through Square’s API and signed notifications.
Your confirmation link is private. Square website orders can also be checked using the full random order reference and checkout email. Tracking shows only the book, quantity, total, payment status, and recorded shipment details, never the recipient’s address or TDCJ number. Staff record shipment events from fulfillment records. No automatic carrier integration or website confirmation-email service has been added. Never share your private confirmation link.
The owner signs in through ChatGPT to configure Square and manage orders. Square connection credentials submitted on the owner-only setup form are encrypted using a server-held key and never displayed again. Sandbox test orders are stored separately from real orders. Rate-limit records use a keyed hash of connection information to limit abusive requests.
Cash App and support email
Cash App processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices. Opening Cash App does not verify payment. The payment note and transaction details you send become available to the business through Cash App. Email assistance goes to the business mailbox. Send only necessary transaction details; never send passwords, PINs, security codes or full banking information.
Internal order records
Authorized business staff manually record payment dates and references, amounts, book selections, recipient TDCJ numbers, verified names, units, verification and fulfillment statuses, shipment dates, tracking numbers and relevant exceptions in an access-controlled order ledger. These records support payment reconciliation, recipient verification, shipping and order assistance. Recipient names, addresses, and TDCJ numbers are not exposed on a public tracking page. Records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion requests; some records may need to be retained.
Hosting and phone app
Hosting services receive ordinary connection information when serving the site. No advertising analytics have been added. The iPhone Home Screen app opens the live website; the same ordering and privacy practices apply. Staff sign in through ChatGPT for internal ledger access. Customers do not need to sign in.
