SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & COST

Orders are intended for direct shipment to incarcerated recipients at eligible institutions, subject to current facility rules, publisher/vendor eligibility, and title availability. Contact us before paying if eligibility is uncertain. Card checkout accepts a United States recipient mailing address. International shipping is not offered. Confirm the facility accepts publisher shipments before ordering.

The displayed $19.99 book price excludes shipping. Shipping is $7 per book. Sales tax is 8.25% of books plus shipping. For one copy, tax is $2.23 and the total is $29.22. Cash App panels show the one-book amount. Square checkout supports 1–10 copies of the same available book for one recipient and itemizes books, $7 shipping per copy, and 8.25% tax on the combined subtotal.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Processing starts after payment, recipient information, and eligibility are verified. Processing and delivery estimates have not yet been established; request current estimates before sending payment. Any estimate we provide is approximate. Carrier delays and institutional screening can affect arrival and recipient access. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

MISSING, INCORRECT OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Email order assistance with the payment date, amount, transaction reference, and Book Number. Include tracking information if available. We will review payment and shipping records and investigate the issue.

TRANSFERRED OR RELEASED RECIPIENTS

Contact us promptly if the recipient has transferred or been released. We will check whether shipment can be updated or stopped. Changes may not be possible after dispatch; forwarding and acceptance depend on institution and carrier procedures.

FACILITY REJECTIONS

Facility acceptance is not guaranteed. If a package is rejected or returned, contact us so we can review the rejection reason, return condition, and available options. A rejection does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund or replacement.

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

A detailed refund, replacement, and cancellation policy has not yet been established on this website. Please request applicable terms before paying. Contact us promptly for cancellation requests, duplicate or incorrect payments, and shipment problems. We review requests individually against payment and fulfillment records and applicable requirements; refunds and replacements are not automatic.
